One common trait of Filipinos is that we love bread with all sorts of filling. Being a tropical country, it is just right that we are accustomed to fruit jams and fillings. Here’s a very simple Pinoy recipe of PINEAPPLE JAM with just 3 ingredients and 3 steps!

What You Need

  • 1 cup pineapple, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp calamansi juice

What To Do

    1. In a pan over low heat, put the chopped pineapple.
    2. Add calamansi juice and sugar. Stir constantly until the consistency becomes thick.
    3. Remove from heat and let cool. Place in a sterilized jar and seal tightly.
