What You Need
- 1 cup pineapple, finely chopped
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp calamansi juice
What To Do
- In a pan over low heat, put the chopped pineapple.
- Add calamansi juice and sugar. Stir constantly until the consistency becomes thick.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Place in a sterilized jar and seal tightly.
