There is a delicious Filipino dessert that you can make in just 15 minutes and it’s easy! It’s called MINATAMIS NA SAGING! With ingredients that can be found in your pantry, you’ll be enjoying your hot afternoon in no time!

What You Need
- 4 pieces saging na saba
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
What To Do
- Boil the water in a cooking pot.
- Add brown sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Add salt and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the bananas and bring down the heat to medium. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 8-12 minutes or until the liquid thickens and turns dark brown.
- Turn off heat and transfer in a plate or bowl. Serve warm.
